Just recently, I made Ina Garten's (the Barefoot Contessa) Creme Anglaise Ice Cream. It was very easy to make and the ingredients are the types that we use everyday.
Here is the mixture before it is chilled and churned to the consistency of ice cream.
I tasted this before chilling (because it looked and smelled sooo good) and it was amazing.
Here is the finished ice cream. Devoured in five Minutes. But I made myself a small serving, anyway.
